Our embroidery blanks are made from 6+ oz interlock cotton — heavy enough to hold tight stitching, applique, and monograms without waves or ripples. We stock blank shirts, bodysuits, dresses, rompers, and pajamas, all cut true to size so the fit you stitched is the fit your customer gets. Order one bodysuit for a baby gift or fifty tees for a craft fair booth: there's no minimum, and we'll never ask for a Tax ID.
Sublimation ink needs polyester to bond, so our sublimation blanks use polyester and poly-cotton blends that take full-color designs permanently and stay vibrant wash after wash. Working in HTV or DTG instead? The same tight-knit cotton that holds embroidery gives vinyl and direct-to-garment prints a smooth, even surface.
